House Clearances

Here at H&H Auction Rooms we also offer a complete house clearance service, regardless of the size of the property or the nature of the contents. Unlike house clearing firms we act as your agent, and will maximise the return to you from items sold.

Our movers can assist with packing and delivery to our auction rooms where we will sort and lot your items, allocating them to the most approppriate of our sales, with a view to achieving for you the best possible prices.  Any materials which we are unable to sell on your behalf will be donated to charity, recycled or disposed of as economically as possible.

We realise the requirement to clear a loved one’s property following bereavement is a difficult one. Our approach is both sensitive and professional, and we will do all we can to assist you.
